Sponsorship opportunities at the UK’s largest NHS staff social event
RCM Events is a London based community organisation that specialises in hosting events for public sector workers. The innovative events consist of networking events, party nights and date events, to give employees a social space outside of the work environment.
This year we will be hosting our annual NHS Workers’ Christmas party on 9 December 2017. Part of the proceeds from the night will be given to Mind, the mental health charity www.mind.org.uk.
We are extending an invitation to organisations to get involved at our 10th annual NHS Workers’ Christmas Party. We will be expecting over 600 guests from different NHS organisations, consisting of NHS staff covering a broad spectrum of the work force, including GP practice staff, Midwives, Nurses, Paramedics, Doctors, Administrators.
There are roughly 1.5 million people employed by the NHS across the UK. Here is how you can get involved:
- Sponsor the event and have your brand on all marketing material leading up to the event and at the event
- Sponsor or donate a prize for the quiz
- Sponsor or donate a prize for the raffle
- Become an event partner
- Have your brand on display at the event
What are you set to gain by sponsoring the NHS Workers’ Christmas Party…?
Your company will benefit from extensive branding throughout the marketing campaign and at the event. Brand awareness is intensified providing high profile exposure leading up to, during and after the show.
The NHS Workers’ Christmas Party will raise awareness about your brand to thousands of potential consumers. It will put your brand in front of hundreds in the same place at the same time.
By sponsoring, you can differentiate yourself. It will not only enable you to stand out head and shoulders above the competition but also position yourself directly in front of your consumer, immediately raising the profile of your company.
As a sponsor, you are sure to achieve several goals at once, hence return on investment is sharper. Any kind of sponsorship, even having a presence on our press wall banner alone can pay dividends in terms of exposure. This is where smaller companies can compete with giant competitors.
With your donation we can help to sustain this special event for public sector staff, in this case, the unsung heroes of the United Kingdom’s health and social care sector. Your contribution matters and no donation given will be considered as too small.
